For this project we were meant to create an illusion of space to draw attention to the subject. I wanted to focus on the theme of substances and their effects on people. I used a projector for one of the photos to look as if stars and night sky were imprinted on the model's face to symbolize a euphoric calm, but dissociated feeling. The rest of the photos I used a tv for the background. The first photo has the model lined up to the TV to look as if she is smoking. This sets the scene for the rest of the photos. One of the photos has pastel, and joyful colors to symbolize the better, more pleasant effects of drugs. Last but not least is a photo with hands reaching out behind the model. This is to show the more negative, eerie, and sometimes scary effects of substances.

For this project, we had to create an immersive 360° scene. I wanted to make use of the beautiful desert scenery around me. To do this, my project reflects the desert's view from a critter's eyes. This series of photos is meant to follow the journey of a desert critter roaming around the sandy biome.

For my third idea i wanted to touch on social media vs real life and beauty expectations. I want to use projections and tv to mock social media influencers that promote fake images of beauty. I want to expose this by using projections of filters or tvs to show a slim waste covering the real waist.

My second idea revolves around drugs and the euphoric experience. Since this project allows us to use props to look out of this world, I want to use projections and light to influence the photo. Through the photos I want to start with the photo looking euphoric and cool to the last photo looking scary and disturbing. This touches on drug abuse and overdosing.

My first idea has to do with creating an unreal world through photography. I want to do this by using "floating" objects, portal ideas, and using tv as a prop.
