A fansite for the definitely real and not at all fictional band Spinal Tap. Appears to have been online since 1995 but still being updated as of 2023!
Psychiatric Explorations of the Ever-Enlarging Brain
A (sadly now defunct) fansite for the Oklahoma psych-rock band The Flaming Lips. Appears to have gone down in the last couple years but still persists via Internet Archive. They've got a lot of interesting info about the band and their songs; probably my favorite is the juxtaposition of these two quotes on their page for Christmas at the Zoo (order reversed here for comic effect):
